Added parameter selection of actionsByTime or not (default true)
Now if parameter databaseCleaned is false, "all" signatures are saved, otherwise, only those with no parent loop closure

Rtabmap core : When pushing a new state, rtabmap is not anymore automatically started if it is still idle -> all stacked states are parsed when rtabmap is started.
