Updated the progress dialog when reading parameters (mostly for lags when reading from thr rosparam server)
Added a splash screen for the same reason (parameters are also loaded on startup)

-Refactored HypVerification classes (added verification by signatures' similarity), there is no more complicated rejectedHypReason, now it's only true if valide or false if verification fails...

Added parameter selection of actionsByTime or not (default true)
Now if parameter databaseCleaned is false, "all" signatures are saved, otherwise, only those with no parent loop closure
