Node highlighting addition to previous pull request ( #1348 )

* Clicking Nodes\Links brings them up in viewer
* Removed duplicated feature, kept spin box and single click node event. Removed unrelated border option crashing.
* added code to highlight selected nodes
* Refactored: merged A-B functions into single one, fixed highlighted node color not reset after selecting another node, highlighting also when changing constraint sliders, change node color instead of border, added menu options to change color (added to settings).
* cleanup
* Fixed duplicates in neighbor and loop closure sliders, fixed WM checkbox not visible.
* Fixed forward neighbors slider scrolling showing only one color.

Rtabmap: when optimizing graph, removed guess for rootid to avoid global rotation drift over time. CameraStereoImages: set BayerMode also to right image. GraphView: fixed 0 width for line inside NodeItem. Reprocess: added -loc_null and -gt options.

Parameter RGBD/SavedLocalizationIgnored now called RGBD/StartAtOrigin (updated description, used only in localization mode)
IcpReg: if Force4DoF, set lower covariance values for roll and pitch
DbViewer: updated detectMoreLoopClosures with new minRadius option and update optimized poses between each new accepted loop closures.
MainWindow: suppressed warning if depth image is not found in current node data (when rgb is).
3D Map view: changed default map point size to 1 (was 2)

Reprocess: added --skip option (to skip frames when reprocessing). Rtabmap: always save Loop/Map_id/ stat. UPlot: export NaN insted of NA for invalid values (compatible with octave). GraphViewer and ImageView: added support for PDF output format, also changed default directory to User's Pictures standard folder.

StereoCameraModel: baseline computed with Tx of left camera too. Fixed QMultiComboBox not showing on windows. Avoid updating grid view if there are no local grids in signatrues. Clear cached data of StatsItem when detecting smaller timestamp than last ones.
