# 使用 Docker 运行

如果您只是想在本地运行，最好的方式是使用 Docker。
|
||
|
||
首先，如果您尚未安装 Docker，请先安装：[获取 Docker](https://docs.docker.com/get-docker/)
|
||
|
||
然后运行：
|
||

docker run -d -p 3000:3000 \
|
||
-e AI_PROVIDER=openai \
|
||
-e AI_MODEL=gpt-4o \
|
||

||

或者使用环境变量文件：
