chore: remove MCP preview labels

MCP server is no longer in preview. Remove "(Preview)" headings from READMEs, the purple PREVIEW badge from the UI, and the preview i18n keys.
fix: bind MCP server HTTP to 127.0.0.1 only (#787 )
