feat: 用户模型目录支持格式转换

为 /api/users/me/available-models 端点添加格式转换支持，
确保显示所有可通过任意客户端格式访问的模型。

- 新增 _get_all_available_provider_ids 方法
- 检查 OPENAI/CLAUDE/GEMINI 三种格式的兼容性
- 优化 DB 查询从 6 次减少到 2 次
- 与 /v1/models API 逻辑保持一致
