From 4bd88fd83d11203f234e5c5f049db1350ec55f5b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Adarsh TS Date: Sat, 12 Nov 2022 00:17:28 +0530 Subject: [PATCH] `ros2-branch` build failed when I did not run rodep install. I had a similar error as referenced in #613. It turns out that I had missing dependencies which got fixed when I ran `rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src -r -y`. This was mentioned [here](https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap_ros/issues/613#issuecomment-922550063). --- README.md | 1 + 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index b21db678..195d1055 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -45,6 +45,7 @@ ros2 launch rtabmap_ros rtabmap.launch.py \ cd ~/ros2_ws git clone https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap.git src/rtabmap git clone --branch ros2 https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap_ros.git src/rtabmap_ros + rosdep update && rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src -r -y export MAKEFLAGS="-j6" # Can be ignored if you have a lot of RAM (>16GB) colcon build --symlink-install --cmake-args -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ```
