- Upgrade @ai-sdk/react from 2.0.22 to 2.0.107
- Migrate from addToolResult to addToolOutput (new API)
- Add output-error state for proper error signaling to model
- Add sendAutomaticallyWhen for auto-retry on tool errors
- Add stop function ref for potential future use
