Step 0 of docs/plans/2026-10-provider-refactor.md. provider-matrix.test.ts snapshots what getAIModel hands to each SDK factory, and what usesServerCredentials, usesServerEndpoint, globalBaseUrl and chatRequestUrl answer, for 24 providers, 15 client override shapes and 9 server environments, plus auto-detection rows and model id probes (3879 rows). provider-legacy.test.ts keeps a copy of the two quota functions and compares them with the live ones over every input class (30720 and 288 combinations). No production code changes.

/**
* A behavior snapshot of the provider layer. For every provider, every shape
* of client override and every server environment it records what
* getAIModel hands to the SDK factory (or the error it throws) together with
* the answers of usesServerCredentials, usesServerEndpoint, globalBaseUrl
* and chatRequestUrl. Each refactor step must leave the snapshot file
* unchanged; a diff names the provider and the scenario whose behavior moved.
*
* Every SDK factory is mocked to return a plain description of its options.
* redirectGuardedFetch returns a sentinel, so the snapshot shows whether
* getAIModel asked for the redirect guard (the real function returns
* undefined unless ALLOW_PRIVATE_URLS=false or DYNAMODB_QUOTA_TABLE is set).
* isPrivateUrl answers by host name. Math.random is 0, so an array apiKeyEnv
* picks its first variable with a value.
