Dayuan Jiang 8cb7494d16 feat(i18n): add translations for model configuration UI (#368) 
- Add ~40 new translation keys for model-config-dialog and model-selector
- Support English, Chinese, and Japanese translations
- Replace all hardcoded strings with dictionary lookups
