* feat: support subdirectory deployment (NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_PATH)

* removed unwanted check and fix favicon issue

* Use getAssetUrl for manifest assets to avoid undefined NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_PATH

* Add validation warning for NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_PATH format
