slz f09051fb03 fix: reorganize bundled SDK layout 
Keep the vendor SDK filenames unchanged. Downstream packages can find the versioned orbbec_camera ROS package and link its installed OrbbecSDK library instead of requiring OrbbecSDKConfigVersion.cmake.
