test(gateway): 修复 usage 同步测试栈溢出

CI 中 gateway_records_pending_usage_before_execution_runtime_sync_result_arrives 仍会在默认测试栈上溢出。

复用 large-stack tokio runtime 包装该测试，避免 gateway 全量测试在无业务失败时被 SIGABRT 中断。
