fix(kiro): 统一 Kiro 导入时的 name 字段为邮箱格式

- 删除 _generate_kiro_key_name() 函数
- 新增 _fetch_kiro_email() 通过 getUsageLimits API 获取邮箱
- Kiro 导入时 name 字段与 Codex/Antigravity 保持一致，使用邮箱
- 获取邮箱失败时 fallback 到 "账号_{timestamp}" 格式
