refactor(guide): 重构架构图为紧凑垂直布局，支持响应式缩放

将 ArchitectureDiagram 从 1300px 横向滚动画布改为 760x420 固定尺寸垂直流布局，
使用 CSS transform scale + ResizeObserver 实现自适应缩放，移除横向滚动条。
