fix(admin): 同步 OAuth 刷新后的状态快照有效期 (#300)

手动刷新 OAuth Token 后同步回写 status_snapshot.oauth
修复号池管理页面仍显示旧有效期的问题
补充刷新后快照更新的回归测试
