feat(frontend): 新增配置教程页面并优化暗色模式样式

Browse Source 
- 添加 Guide 配置教程页面及路由
- 统一暗色模式配色方案，使用协调的暖色调
- 重新设计功能卡片，区分已完成与开发中状态
- 更新功能卡片描述，反映当前开发重点
